That might help. I've seen this happen with a lot of layouts, especially those that have a pattern in the background. But hey, if that is the only problem with your layout, consider yourself lucky! I think it looks fantastic.

soshite- "and"�"then". You say something that happened. To say what happened next�add soshite before describing the next event.

yasui- "cheap/inexpensive"

sorekara- same as soshite

nanpun- usually used for "what minute" or "how many minutes".

... - same as the english meaning!

yoru - night

I am located in Gunma prefecture, which is up in the mountains (north of Tokyo, next to niigata and nagano). Where exactly is Mizawa? A few friends of mine have friends at various bases in Japan, but I always forget which bases they are at.

haha! yeah, letterboxes are not so popular but they look really good on widescreen! (^-^;; The mod said that they rejected it because of the photo in the background. That's why I'm a bit apprehensive about submitting anymore work if they will continue to be rejected for use of my photography.

Here is my wallpaper: Bleach : Battle at Sunset by MistressPookyChan As I stated in the thread, it isn't just some stock photo with an image plastered on. It is a photo I took personally and then altered in photoshop (I was going to do a cutout filter, but it totally ruined the effect. but that is beside the point). The character was also extracted and touched up by me. It's frusterating. I understand the reasoning and wanting to have a nice looking gallery but I think it's a tad strict. I think that is one of the reasons why people are not submitting much now; not the credit thing. Atleast that's what I've gotten from talking to my other artist friends.

Enough rambling! Thanks for the reply and for taking time to review my art.
